Why do you want access to PAC3?

 I wish to enhance my RP experience with small personalized touches to my character. (Mainly Weapons and tools)

How is using PAC3 going to enhance your time on the server?

I will be able to use PAC3 To slowly advance my Character as "he" developments throughout the server. 

This could be anything to tool placement to other small touches that would make roll play more authentic.
