Situations:

1. A user is RDMing and Insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do?

I would !goto [player] see if they are killing/insulting people. Then would !bring [player] them to a place where they can't keep doing it [out of the ship] the /logs to see who they killed. Also, check the Players warns to see if he has done this before. If they run away or kill them selfs I would !jail them so I could take to them without them disappearing. then ask them why they did what they did. then chuck the a !warn [name] RDM / Insulting others. After that I would !return [player] and then follow them around in !admin to see if they keep doing it. If they keep doing it I would !kick [player] 

2. A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and Climb SWEP abusing). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do?

I would check /logs first to look for the rdm and would ask if anyone recorded what had happened. Check the players warns !warns [player] to see if they have done this before. If they could provide a video of the accused player of climbswep abusing. I would !bring [player] to find out there side of the story. If the group can bring evidence of the climbswep abuse then I would !warn [name] RDM / Climbswep abuse. if not just verbawarn him for the climbswep abuse. If it is the first time of him getting warned for RDM I would verbal warn him then take him to the cadet room so he can read the rules.

3. A user has threatened to DDos and take down the server. What do you do?

 I would !goto [player] to see if the situation could be sorted out. If they say it was just a joke would explain that a DDos threat is not taken as a joke.  If they don't listen and keep threats I would either !ban (user) 0 Threatening a DDos, just get a higher staff member to ban him or to see if he can sort the situation out.

4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context of the argument is unknown to you. What do you do?

Tell them its not the time or place to argue in front of other troops. If they keep going I would !bring [player] I would sort it out away form players. I would tell them that this is not the behavior we expect from there ranks. I would get 1 side of the story at a time to get an understanding of what they are arguing about. then I would try to settle the argument. Tell them if they want to argue do it somewhere private and not in front of players. Then !return the players.  

5. A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He seems like a minge to you and you're not sure if he is here to play. What do you do?

I would !bring [player] back to the cadet room and inform them that they must be trained to leave the cadet room. I would train him so I can get a better understanding if he will just leave the cadet room and minge or play the sever properly. I would make sure that the cadet gets that he will be warned if he minges or breaks any of the rules then I would watch him for a while when if he passes his training to see if he is a minge.

I'd really like to give you a +1, but there is basically zero detail. You'll need to add more if you want to succeed, it shows you're willing to put time in over writing 2 sentences. So for the time being, Neutral.

The amount of detail IMO is fine as I don't have to spend 10 min reading this, all your responses make perfect sense to me gunna be a fat +1 from me.

Bull, I think you would be a great staff member and you clearly have potential, However as previously stated, you need to add more detail, It could be 10-20 minutes of editing to add more detail, then the +1's will starting rolling in.

 

You have alot of potential and I definitely want to see you on the staff team, add more detail to your app then you good +1

+1 App has been improved, Bull is a pretty well known member at this point and it wouldn't hurt to give him a shot as T-mod
