Questions: How will you bring new and creative event ideas to the server?: I normally doubt myself within the creative department, however I am able to produce thought out / well planned story lines that can both maximise player enjoyment and satisfy those looking to partake in a 'Star Wars' adventure. I have seen great events held on this server, and quite terrible ones. I wish to learn from mistakes that have been made in the past from others, and also learn from mistakes that I will for sure come across (as this will also be a learning experience). Although, I have had the role of Event Master before on a Star Wars RP Galaxy server which did not fail to bring myself and the other players great enjoyment and satisfaction. I understand that being an Event Master does come with responsibilities, as I only wish to uphold them. I look forward to learning from my peers and through my experiences that may follow. Have you participated in many of our Events?: I have been an Event Character for quite some time, and have enjoyed majority of the events I have taken part in. As I said in my event character application, my favourite qualities about the server is the depth of role-play that is granted, without the 'serious rp' restrictions. I greatly enjoy experiencing the depths of which I can reach within the roleplay, and greatly enjoy going outside of my comfort zone. I wish to only expand my experiences by participating as an Event Master, and bring my ideas to light. Are you familiar with Gmod's wide range of NPC tools?: Unfortunately, as my role as a Event Master on the other server was quite some time ago, I may require a 'refresher' course as there may be new tools / I have forgotten some of them. However I have seen on the server that some of the tools consist of the basic NPC modifications such as health, spawners, no target, etc. As I have said before, I am willing to study upon these features as I am sure they will (obviously) be an integral part of the Event Master role. Name 3 tools that are at an Event Masters disposal within events and leave a small comment detailing each of their uses: Whilst these tools may be quite simple and basic knowledge, they still uphold great importance for both the Event Master and the player base. These tools are all implemented to increase enjoyment and satisfaction. Building tools such as Precision (Apply, Weld, Move, Rotate, Push, Pull), Weld, and Stacker will not be included as they are common knowledge and used as BUILDING tools, not EVENT tools. Advanced Duplicator 2: This tool is also widely used by the majority of the player base. It can be utilised to spawn in creative structures that have been constructed and now saved for re-use. This tool will help an EM in their efficiency, allowing them to get the Event ready in less time (to maximise player enjoyment). This is very important as the server's time management is of upmost importance. Teleport Tool: Just like the advanced duplicator tool, the teleporter tool is used by a lot of the player base. From an Event Master perspective, this tool can be used to allow players to teleport from spawn right into the action, granting the players maximum 'playtime' experience within the event. This tool (used correctly) is of great importance as an Event Master wishes for the players to both enjoy their event, as well as participate in majority of the events as (also from experience) players do not wish to walk for 3 minutes to just be killed shortly after by an unassigned. This tool allows for ease of access to the players, granting greater enjoyment throughout the playtime experience. Turbo Laser / Ship Destruction Tool: Whilst the previous two tools are used by the whole of the players base, these tools are restricted to Event Masters (and staff). The Turbo and Ship Construction tools are to only be used correctly within an EVENT. Both these tools are quite fragile, as with miss use or lack of knowledge on how to properly use them, the server will most likely crash of 'freeze up'. Therefore, the tools are only to be used to advance the event, and used properly if used at all. For example, the turbo laser will fire for 3 MINUTES straight if the 'r' key is pressed. (In other words, DONT PRESS THE R KEY). I have heard, and I quote: "There is a fine line between epic and wtf the server is lagging'. Are you aware of how much a Gmod server can take or how unstable Gmod truly is?: I have about 7,500 hours on Garry's Mod and too much time on Star Wars RP. With this, come great knowledge on how crappy the game truly is (from an engine standpoint). I have also helped make multiple servers in the past (which was galaxy rp - not the same one I was as the Event Master) which was loads of fun, and I have learnt how unreliable streamline can be -sorry not sorry. Do you understand that you are not allowed to abuse your ULX rank outside of events? Provide 3 examples detailing different situations that would be considered abuse: I very much do understand this as I have also had countless experiences as Admin, Moderator, and so on within DarkRP servers. About 3 years ago (when I was 14) I think is when i especially learnt about the consequences that will come with abusing ULX. As I am now 17, maturity is also added onto the experiences I have gathered which will result in a trust worthy member in the Event Master team. The three examples of abusing ULX as an event master would be: Spawning in Weapons, Vehicles, etc.: Whilst within an event this will be fine if it is required, outside of Events will consist of a much different story. If an Event Master spawns weapons, vehicles, etc. outside of an event for their own personal enjoyment will be not only breaking the rules they said they would follow, but goes against everything they have said within their application. As an Event Master's job is to satisfy the server's enjoyment, not just their own. (This is also the same for spawning in items for their mates for no real reason) Nocliping whilst within Roleplay: Probably the most obvious on this list, nocliping for roleplay reasons or means of faster travel is abusing the powers they have been granted. This circumstance will not only give the abuser a 'cheat' above the rest of the player base, but allow them to dissatisfy the rest of the server's enjoyment. Once again, this is going against the Event Master's morals they have sworn to follow. ULX / Tool Abuse (Obviously): Another obvious abuse on the list, is the miss-use of the ULX commands and tools granted to each Event master. These can be used to hinder other player's experience within the server, by (for example) grabbing and freezing players for no apparent reason, and/or giving tools to players who are not meant to have them. ULX commands can also be used incorrectly to abuse other players by kicking the for no reason, granting players no clip who are no meant to have access to such, and/or falsely warning as an Event Master. The tools and ULX commands are given to Event Masters with great trust. Those who abuse such tools and commands are hindering the experience of the players around them. Do you have any event experience? e.g. played a key character in an event before: As stated previously, I have played as an Event Character for a while now and have experienced numerous main roles. A recent experience was as a Sith Apprentice whose master was killed by the republic. This role in particular was not passive roleplay, however I have had numerous main roles as passive rp such as a villager little girl, as her parents were killed in front of her as she was taken away to a camp. On a scale of 1-10, how much lore knowledge do you have?: I would say I have about a '7 - 8' as far as my lore knowledge goes. On a scale of 1-10, how familiar are you with ulx commands?: As stated previously, I have had countless staff experiences throughout my 7,500 hour playtime which has granted me great knowledge and experiences. However due to life commitments, I have had to take a break from staff and enjoy just being a user. Therefore I would say I have about a '9' understand of ULX commands. Make a comment regarding the recent events on our server and how they have inspired you to become an event master: Recently, there have been quite a lot of great events. However, the events that I dislike lie upon the maps with cramped corridors (that only have one main objective), stupid amounts of npc spawning, no teleporters, lack of variety, and lack of story. That being said, my favourite events recently have included of maps that consist of multiple main objectives, TELEPORTERS, responsible spawning, and great variety and story telling. However, the main reason I wish to become an EM, is because I have recently noticed the team low in numbers, which I only wish to help improve. Especially since it is now holidays, I can fully commit to this role and still continue the role throughout the course of next year (with full commitment). Do you understand that most events rely mainly on improvisation and mainly nothing goes to plan (ever)?: Oh my god yes! Quite funny to think about, but I cant count the amount of times something small has gone wrong which totally screws things up. That being said, I find it quite easy to improvise (most of the time). How confident are you in providing briefings, debriefings, and in ensuring you're able to direct players throughout your events?: I am sure at first it may be daunting, however I have had numerous experiences on this server in a leading role. Like I stated at the start of the application, I wish to learn upon experiences. So if at first I screw up, I will quickly learn how to improve. Scenarios: An event doesn't go to plan and General Grievous is crushed by an elevator. Players are laughing at you. What do you do? Most likely have a chuckle myself and a bit of a face palm, however I will 'improvise' as said before an construct a scenario around the situation. As an example, "General Grevious has escaped through one of the vents located on the first floor. Troopers scan the area and keep me posted on his location ("!bring grievous" to a location nearby).... I see ____ has located him in the tunnels south from the building. Troopers, get there now!" A user is bad mouthing your events. How do you react? I know through experience retaliating back will always result in a worse situation, so I always ignore 'bad mouthing', however I am always willing to take on criticism. As I am constructing an event for their enjoyment, so if they have a problem I am willing to learn and create a better event in the future. That being said, if the 'bad mouthing' turns into harassment or worse, staff will be requested to deal with the user. You have to go AFK in the middle of an event you are running and there are no backups available. What should you have done to avoid this? Normally when I construct events I make sure there are backup plans. For example, a backup EM. However, if there are no said backups like in this scenario I would make sure I am conducting the event at a time when I will not be interrupted. Worse case scenario, if something comes up suddenly without prior knowledge, staff will be asked to help whilst I am gone. I will quickly provide a short outline and what they must do. Players and a few staff members are complaining about the amount of lag they're dealing with during your event. How do you resolve this? This can sometimes be a bit tricky. This may be due to streamline being annoying due to max players, or myself spawning in too many things at once. As well, if things are rapidly deleted too quickly, the server is in risk of getting worse. Therefore, I will have to be conscious of the necessities in the event and remove everything that may be causing the lag. I will let everyone know this may take up to 5 minutes to solve (to avoid rapid deletion and lag) To conclude your app. you are required to create and design your own event. I have learned from events that I have played and now know what works and what doesn't to a rough standpoint, I also want to create events that can make each regiment have a job E.G pilots, horn, and CG or navy or at least try too. Have you participated in many of our Events?: from the two-ish months, I have played on the server I have played many events and campaigns from the EM team. Are you familiar with Gmod's wide range of NPC tools?: No, I have not played with NPC tools yet but I am willing to learn and can pick stuff up quite quick Name 3 tools that are at an Event Masters disposal within events and leave a small comment detailing each of their uses: NPC Creator: the NPC creator lets the user spawn in hostile or friendly NPC Teleporter: teleporters let the player and user travel quickly from place to place NPC no target: No target allows the user to spawn hostile NPC and not get shot or targeted Are you aware of how much a Gmod server can take or how unstable Gmod truly is?: not to a full complete understanding but from what I have seen and experienced only a little bit Do you understand that you are not allowed to abuse your ULX rank outside of events? Provide 3 examples detailing different situations that would be considered abuse: I understand that I am not allowed to abuse a ULX rank under any circumstances 1. spawning in weapons that aren't in the users kit E.G. grenades, Z6's, or rocket launchers. 2. changing a map because you prefer another instead E.G. changing Tatooine base to Venator because you prefer it. 3. making your self invincible and nuking or killing people. Do you have any event experience? e.g. played a key character in an event before: I have been an Event Character 3 times and been 5 times for after-hours events. the first event I played I was a key role as a pirate looking out for trespassers. On a scale of 1-10, how much lore knowledge do you have?: I would say about a 5 or 6. I have a lot more knowledge on cannon then legends. On a scale of 1-10, how familiar are you with ulx commands?: 1-2 never used ULX commands before but can learn. Make a comment regarding the recent events on our server and how they have inspired you to become an event master: from the current events I played, I have enjoyed them a lot and haven't at the same time but that's just trial and error and from those events, I have been inspired and got creative ideas for events that I would like to run. playing more and more events I get more creative ideas and wish to execute them and see what the players think. Do you understand that most events rely mainly on improvisation and mainly nothing goes to plan (ever)?: yes, I understand that orders can be misheard or something goes wrong during events. I have played many events where someone or something has messed the event up but time and time again the EM team still makes the event fun. How confident are you in providing briefings, debriefings, and in ensuring you're able to direct players throughout your events?: I am pretty confident that my voice will be heard in giving direct orders and feedback. I have lead many events and have always kept calm and been able to let my troopers know what to do. An event doesn't go to plan and General Grievous is crushed by an elevator. Players are laughing at you. What do you do? I would make General Grievous respawn and join the fight again with a plausible reason saying "General Grievous has escaped from the elevator shaft and is on the run like the coward he is" or just say in ooc that him getting killed like that was a mistake. and for the players laughing I would ignore them and focus on the event. You have to go AFK in the middle of an event you are running and there are no backups available. What should you have done to avoid this? I would have made sure that I have the time to be available to run that event from start to finish. and if I am not sure if I can run the entire event I would not risk hosting it. Players and a few staff members are complaining about the amount of lag they're dealing with during your event. How do you resolve this? I would remove a few props that would be cursing lag and if nothing changes I would slow down how many hostile NPC I spawn. To conclude your app. you are required to create and design your own event. This includes planets, maps and stage actions. Include lots of detail in your event design. You are required to involve PassiveRP elements. Operation Hutter Planet: Tatooine Map: rp_banankin_starwars Situation: The Hut Clan have been attacking Republic Supply ships and stealing all the resources. Republic has dispatched us to deal with it and take back our supplies by any means necessary, however the chancellor wants us to try and be peaceful with the Hut Clan and persuade them to join the republic. Primary Objective: Obtain the Republic Supplies and take them back to base. Secondary Objective: Negotiate with the Hut Clan to join the Republic or use their planets for supply routes. before Briefing: before the briefing, Navy is going to get a transmission from republic high command telling them that there supply ships have gone missing and they suspect that the Hut Clan is behind it. they want us to check it out, once that is done Navy will call for Jedi, arc, and rc to come speak with the advisor about there next move. "Good day Gentlemen we have been given orders for our next mission, here you'll see the ( pointing to a holo table) the planet of Tatooine as you all know it's controlled by the Hut Clan. for some time now they have been attacking republic supply ships and stealing what resources they can find, we have been tasked with taking our supplies back by any means necessary but the chancellor wants us to have good relations with the Hut Clan and that's where you come in Jedi I will be tasking you with handling the negotiations while arc and rc find the location of the stolen supplies, while you guys are handling that the rest of the troops will be dealing with the native life and citizens. That is all for now ill see at briefing" Briefing: "hello there troopers, we have been given an important job today we'll be heading to Tatooine to talk with the Hut Clan, information from high command says they have been attacking and stealing from republic supply ships and to take back our supplies but it is the will of the chancellor that we have good relations with the Hut Clan and try to be peaceful and negotiate with them and I'll be leaving that up to the Jedi while that happens arc and rc will be searching for the supplies with the rest of you troopers will defend the Jedi if anything goes bad and also help in the search. 13th and CG ill need to talk with you when where planetside apart from that troopers head to the LAAT's" Spawn Laats change map set up a planetside briefing set up EC's Planetside Briefing: Good day there troopers as you now can see we are planetside there's a town not too far from called Mos Eisley that's where the Hut is and that's where we'll head I want doom and engineers to set up barricades at the front door so no one enters apart from Jedi and CG, I want 13th and CG tracker unit to run patrols in the sky and the surrounding area. the rest of you troopers will search and defend the city and try to talk to the population for information, navy I want you guys to say here and run comm scans and other stuff help find those supplies. apart from that troopers, you know your mission now get out there" Event: the main force of troops will head to Mos Eisley and set up around the city, while that's is happening Jedi will start negotiation with the Hut ( Jabba) to find where supplies are and for an alliance to no avail, at that time 13th and CG will be scouting the area for signs of the supplies with ARC and RC will be looking through Jabbas palace, the rest of the troops will have set up defences around the palace and city while also talking to citizens for information. the city will be attacked by some wilded life and some unfriendly citizens which the troopers have to defend, 13th and CG will have found a pirate camp and take all pirates out and then find a datapad with the location of the supplies and relay it to navy. as the negotiations are about finished 13th and CG will have grabbed the supplies and returned them to base, once that is done I will give the order for all troops to RTB. but as Jedi are about to leave Jabba will order his troops to attack the republic and the troops will have to defend the base against pirates and bounty hunters. we will make a retreat back to the Venator and head back to Coruscant to drop the supplies off. Questions: How will you bring new and creative event ideas to the server?: I think i would do new events considering i like to be different to others. Have you participated in many of our Events?: Yes many over the months i have been on GG. Are you familiar with Gmod's wide range of NPC tools?: I know most the the standard gmod NPC tools and their uses. Name 3 tools that are at an Event Masters disposal within events and leave a small comment detailing each of their uses: NPC Health: This allows you to set the amount of health your NPC have. NPC Proficiency: This allows you to make the NPCs targeting better or worse. NPC Gun Swapping: This will allows you to spawn a NPC with a different Gun Considering they naturally spawn with nothing . !model : To model a a Event Character for the event Basic Q menu to give guns or spawn entities and and ships Are you aware of how much a Gmod server can take or how unstable Gmod truly is?: Yes, i have witness this in the past and recently events can get very laggy if to many Entities are spawned or Custom event Dupes are too big can crash a server instantly. Provide 3 examples detailing different situations that would be considered abuse: !ban : Banning a player instead of letting moderator/admins to deal with the player. !goto/!bring : Teleporting to/a player just to get around the ship faster. Taking Tickets that are not relevant to Events Do you have any event experience? e.g. played a key character in an event before: Yes, I have played as many as a droids and even a sith On a scale of 1-10, how much lore knowledge do you have?: 6 On a scale of 1-10, how familiar are you with ulx commands?: 7 Make a comment regarding the recent events on our server and how they have inspired you to become an event master: Recently i've seen drop in event staff and i have always wanted to become apart of the EM team, So this made me make my application Do you understand that most events rely mainly on improvisation and mainly nothing goes to plan (ever)?: Events that occur with a script would be boring and simple, Where if you had random event that happen it would make events more exciting. How confident are you in providing briefings, debriefings, and in ensuring you're able to direct players throughout your events?: I have been a in a High position in a naval position on another server which i had control over the whole server and i've been in many high ranking positions before on other servers and this server once. Scenarios: 1. An event doesn't go to plan and General Grievous is crushed by an elevator. Players are laughing at you. What do you do? I would use the PA voice and ask where General Grievous went and if they said he was crushed i would say impossible and get the troopers to check the vents in the building to see where he is, and bring him back somewhere else or make it that he escaped. Considering General Grievous is a lore character and cannot be killed or captured 2. A user is bad mouthing your events. How do you react? Take the Criticism and move on with the event as one or a group of people shouldn’t make a difference to an event 3. If there are no Backup EMs, I would ask the Moderator Team to Help before the event started. 4. I would start spawning is let droids and improvise the end the event sooner that expected as if it was getting unplayable the event would not be fun. EVENT Map : gm_bigisland Jedi Hunter Event 6:30 !orders Troopers Report to Mission Briefing for our next Mission Briefing Troopers we recently received a report that the CIS have set up a base on AHCH-TO and are currently over running our defences on another island close by. Our mission is to stop them from over running the island and kick the CIS off the planet. (While this is happening i would get someone to help me spawn in the LAATS while i’m briefing or spawn them in before i start briefing) Set up the map to have an area with a teleporter leading in to the drop of the cave where 3 Event Characters will be Looking as Jedi Hunters and their objectives is to kill any Jedi they see, Also there will be guard towers with 2 other ECs as sniper droids around the main base. Briefing on Planet Troopers your task is to take out the CIS and Infiltrate their base and blow up their supplies, But there is a force field surrounding the base, troopers I’ve scanned the area and I've seen some activity underground i believe they are hiding their generators in a cave system, troopers look around for a Cave entrance. (The map will be blocked off areas by walls that the troopers are not meant to go) As the troopers set out B1 and B2 Droids will be spawned to slow them from rushing the event, will ask for 1 or more people to help with Spawning. The troopers 1st task will be to find this cave and eliminate any CIS and find the generators. Once in the cave troopers will begin to move thought out the cave and find a generators to shut down the shields surrounding the base their will be 3 generators they will have to shut down by rolling, but there are Jedi hunters killing any Jedi they see. Once all the generators have been shut down by rolling 50+ and the Jedi hunters have been killed the troopers will proceed to find their way out the cave and advance on towards the base, Their will be towers outside the base were the 2 other ECs will be. Upon on advancing towards the base a munificent will arrive as support and continue to drop drop pods until the troops have cleared the main force inside the base and take control of a turret that is located inside the base and re-arm it to target the munificent to destroy it. Droids will be spawn around the base once the troopers have made their way into the base and until the troopers have destroyed the munificent it will crash into the water and the the event will be ended. END LAAT will come down to pick the troopers up and will leave to go back to the venator. Change the map back to rp_venator_extensive !orders Troopers Report to Mission Debriefing Then i will Debrief them on the mission depending on how the mission went, then give placements and dismiss them

A. I would bring more creative storylines that could bring more potential for passive RP to troopers on the field. I will also attempt to create interesting and new challenges to the troopers on the field always keeping them on their feet. Q. Have you participated in many of our events? A. I have participated in many events on the GG server. I have been the main focal point of some events (e.g. Engineer moving crates, 7th sky escorting a convoy, etc.). I have also participated in some Campaigns that EMs have done e.g. the beast, the one that was 12 hours long. Q. Are you familiar with Gmod’s wide range of NPC tools? A. I am not at the current time however with practice and dedication I can develop my skill using them and hope to use them to its full potential. Q. Name 3 tools that are at an Event Master disposal within events and leave a small comment detailing each of their uses A. 3 tools that an EM has at their disposal are: the NPC tool (set), Teleporter and, advanced duplicator. The NPC tools allow the user to not only move and Control their actions but also dictate what targets are friendly or hostile and also decide what weaponry they can have. I am fully aware that Gmod is an unstable game and, while I do not know how much a Gmod server can take I have been in scenarios where the server has crashed due to many props being spawned at once and the server lagging due to many props/ragdolls being on at once. I Understand that although tempting, ULX abuse is not permitted while not in an event. 3 cases of ULX abuse are: 1. Teleporting yourself or other players. You are only meant to do this to players' that are either needed in a certain location and cannot make it to yourself for certain reasons or you must get to a player immediately to resolve a potential issue e.g. requesting tools. 2. No-clipping. No clipping yourself should only be used in events and potentially if you are stuck. It should not be used to travel through the ship 3. Slaying. I have also lead my regiment during many events and I am confident in leading troopers and trying to get them to complete their goals. Scenarios Q. An event doesn’t go to plan and General Grievous is crushed by an elevator. Players are laughing at you. What do you do? A. Improvise. Say that General Grievous was able to escape by faking his death in an elevator an heading to a nearby shuttle and continue on with either spawning in more droids to keep the men occupied or if near the end of the event end it and get people on the LAATs Q. A user is bad mouthing your events. What do you do? A. Tell everyone to message you if they have feedback about recent events Q.You have to go AFK in the middle of an event you are running and there are no backups available. What should you have done to avoid this? A. If potential try and set up a schedule in advance and see if you are able to a fully capable to complete an event in the time frame given. Also if there are no backup EM’s available try and see if moderators can finish off the event or if none are available see if you can improvise and end the event e.g. droids suddenly got hit with an EMP destroying the droids circuitry. Q. Player and a few staff members are complaining about the amount of la they’re dealing with during your event. How do you resolve this? A. I would check and see if there are any unneeded props or any ragdolls that could be gotten rid of. I would also spawn in fewer NPCs that could lag out the server. Event Briefing - " Troopers as of recently we have stopped receiving a signal from one of our research facilities in the local quadrant. Since we are the nearest forces in the area we have been tasked with investigating why the base has gone dark. We'll see if we can get more information once we are planetside. For now, troopers board up on the LAATs." Change map from Venator to event_outpost-b1 Event Setup - have 3-4 EC characters. One would be the enemy commander for using hcomms to communicate with the ground forces. Another would be one of the scientists' assistants that survived and would direct them to the most important consoles. The other 1 or 2 possible ECs could be commando droids using hcomms to communicate to one another or the commander. Their main job is to say that they have intel on the research station and are waiting for extraction back to the CIS fleet in orbit and while waiting are able to take out a few clones by sniping them. There will be two LAATs for transporting troops to the station and will also provide fire support outside. Horn company will have it's standard issue turrets. No jetpacks. Setup consoles and ragdolls as well as certain dupes that make it look like they had experiments happening and make the lights in the base turn off. Navy will have their own platform acting as the Venator doing naval RP. Briefing on the ground - Explain that we have tried to still make contact with the research station however all we have heard is static. Tell them to find anyone that could explain why there has been no contact and expect the worst. In-game event - Get LAATs loaded up and moving. As soon as they land hcomms from the commandos saying that there is republic activity in the area and that evac should be here soon. Navy will be doing system checks. As the team is exploring the base they will eventually stumble on the assistant EC. the EC will explain what has happened and will attempt to get the lights of the base back online. In the meanwhile, a CIS providence class cruiser will exit out of hyperspace and will provide a distraction for the evac to come planet side to pick up the snipers. There will be multiple waves of droppods with varying droids. During this, the assistant will direct forces to terminals that they must extract data from terminals in order to gain as much research and data as possible. Near the end of the event where there are only a few terminals left the droid snipers will get evaced off planet however will disclose that there device setup has been armed and ready to blow. Troopers will then be asked to get to the LAATs as radiation levels are spiking indicating a bomb and mission will be over with an explosive finish. Change Back to Venator/any other Homebase On-ship debrief The good ending - "Excellent work out there troopers. Not only were you able to get all the data and save the scientist but also you were able to take out the droid commandoes that had taken the information from the base. Although we lost the base as a whole the data and research is still intact and will be physically moved to Coruscant to avoid any data corruption. I do believe that the Assisstant has some words to say. Anyways overall good work. Now onto placements..." Data extracted but Assistant dead and droids dead - "Good work out there troopers. You were able to recover some of the experiments and data from the terminal in the research station. Unfortunately, we lost one of the only survivors during the CIS raid. However, I have heard reports of CIS snipers being taken out whilst on the field so overall good job. Let us move onto placements..." Unfortunately, we lost one of the only survivors during the CIS raid. I have also gotten reports of a droid commando squad evacing from the area. I don't know what this means but let us just hope that no data is missing. Onto placements..." The bad ending - "Troopers... what the hell happened down there. The data that was extracted was nearly useless. Very much shows signs of a rushed job. Also what happened to that survivor. From the reports I got, he was gunned down by CIS. From the head cam footage, it barely looked like you were escorting him at all. And the worst part is that you allowed a CIS droid Commando squad to escape. At this current time, we are unaware if these droids had any data on them however currently we believe that they do. If you are expecting placements I should go from the mediocre to the worst. Your all dismissed." After debrief - get navy to set a course to Coruscant to drop off any data for the Republic scientist to analyze and/or drop off the Assistant. Also if the Assistant is alive allows CG to interrogate the Assistant for any information about the attack before we arrived.

I would give him an !P saying if he or she had a problem with my events to directly message me to give me criticism as there is no need to make it a public matter and I would put in ooc if anyone DOES have a problem to !p me. 3. You have to go AFK in the middle of an event you are running and there are no backups available. What should you have done to avoid this? If that does happen, I would have cleared my schedule and made sure I wouldn't have any plans during the event. 4. Despawn some NPC's, !cleardecals, and if I had some up, remove dupes. Then put in OOC sorry for the lag and to continue as normal. MY EVENT: (Mission briefing before the event begins) Troopers, I'll keep this sweet and simple. My name is Junior Adviser 49/915 Vyrolace. I'll be deploying you troopers down to Tatooine. We have reports that the CIS have also been sent down there and have taken Tusken Raiders hostage, your mission is to rescue them and have one of us talk to the Raiders (if successful in the mission) to make a peace treaty, which will have them as an ally in the future incase we ever need help. Keep an eye out down there troopers, you never know with the CIS. Okay, triple time to the LAAT's! Spawn in the LAAT's Change the map to rp_tatooine_dunsea_v1 Set up a TV while I set up the event, spawning in NPC's, dupes etc. Make sure all the Event characters are ready and on their job modelled. Commence the debrief on the planet after deleting the tv. (Briefing on the planet) Alright troopers, we'll be heading North-East of here. About 100-200 meters from here, there is an outpost controlled by the CIS, we will be using stealthy means from here on, everyone step up so you can get a new pair of armour that matches the colour of this planet. (Then colour them) 41st, you get up on the roofs nearby with ARC to provide over-watch for the troopers on the ground and watch their backs. Doom's Unit, get your shields down, provide ground support and create a perimeter around the general area. Rest of the troopers, you'll provide general security for the negotiators we have, making sure nothing falls apart. We also have special troopers helping us on this mission, Vindication Squad, they will be infiltrating the Outpost and attempting to free the prisoners. The Event: 41st, ARC, Doom's Unit and the Negotiators (EC's) will be the troopers with the main focus of the event, with them having the most crucial jobs. The main force will head out and do the job they were given to protect the negotiators at all costs. With the CIS being busy negotiating about the Tusken Raiders, the small group known as Vindication Squad (EC) will go around the back of the outpost, infiltrating, being stealthy and trying to locate the Tuskens who are locked up and free them, if they are found the Tuskens will be executed and the mission will have been a failure, breaking out an all out warfare on the planet. It will be a hard battle but the Republic eventually win, suffering casualties as is the course of war, they will be told for a few troopers to search some dead bodies for comms, etc. Now all troopers will head back to the landing zone to go back to the Venator and leave Tatooine. But the one thing they forgot to do, make sure all the CIS were dead. One picks up a blaster while laying on the ground dying, and shoots the engine of the LAAT, making us stay on Tatooine for the next little while until the Venator can send emergency LAAT's down to evac the troops on the ground. However, if the mission is a success, the ARC and 41st will hold positions momentarily to make sure nothing happens to the Tuskens and the troopers that will be escorting them back to the LZ. If it comes to it and the CIS don't hold up to their end of the deal, the 41st and ARC have authority to use lethal measures on them but are advised to just knock them out if possible. That will then give us an advantage we need, prisoners. We will go back to the Venator and interrogate them for information. If we do then get information from the CIS, we will plan an all out assault. That will be the next mission. Map will then change back to rp_venator_extensive Debrief on the venator post mission (the first about the mission being a success, the second will be if the mission was a failure.) Alright troops. You did an absolutely fantastic job out there, you were able to negotiate with the CIS and get the Tusken Raiders free and make a peace treaty. Absolutely phenomenal work from all of you. If i had to Prepare for an AFK moment in the event I would alternate the event around so it could be left to progress while I am away. For Example: Having a person RP a hostage situation making that shooting the enemy would result in death. so they would have to take time and work away around it. I would also make sure i dont have any plans around event time that could rush/ end the event quickly. It's unavoidable sometimes for real life events to affect it. the best thing to do it always be prepared in case that does happen. Troopers Line up on the Door, dual columns and awaiting further orders to march to the laats. * Laat boarding and takeoff commence* *Map change to gm_uldum2* Ask for 3 people to play RP characters, get them set up in position of the lowest part of the main pyramid have injured clone sitting down * RP to make it look like they cannot move due to injury.* The other 2 clones watching the door to the room. No props to be spawned except a chair or sittable object inside the pyramid for the injured trooper. *Model them to Basic clone armor.* * Injured trooper to a higher ranking trooper model.* *give them tool guns to no-target themselves.* Head to Troopers at spawn. Start Event Re-briefing: Glad you could all make it. we have received info that the troopers are bunkers up behind closed doors somewhere in the area. they are hiding from CIS troops as we speak. Orders are to Clear out the CIS in the area, and search for and rescue alive the troopers. we must not let the CIS have hands on this data. Troopers. MOVE OUT. EVENT: Start with spawning Normal CIS droids in the way of the troopers. roughly infront of the stair way. as they start thinning the droids out. spawn more further back. repeat until the clones have pushed up to the pyramid's entrance. Start to spawn droids inside the pyramid. Order troopers that the lost troopers and inside this pyramid. troopers will push through the pyramid. to find the lost troopers. They will need medical assistance on the spot. Get medics down there. as Medical RP happens. Muni will arrive in the air. Start spawning droids around the edges of the map ( except near the spawn) and as troopers take them out keep moving them in closer to the pyramid. Keep a steady push of droids untill the MedicalRP is finished. Orders troopers to take out the droids and head to evac with the injured troopers. as the droids start to thin out. You have to go AFK in the middle of an event you are running and there are no backups available. What should you have done to avoid this? Firstly as a J-EM there should be a EM watching my event so that there is a concern. But if this were the case i would ask a admin to simply spawn in a lander or two and spawn droids with more health to keep the clones busy while im gone. If i new i had to go AFK i would not have booked that timeslot. but if it was a surprise theres not much i could have done to avoid it and my reason above is what i would do To conclude your app. you are required to create and design your own event. Briefing Alright listen up. we have reports of a pirate uprising on Naboo. Padmae Amidala has requested our help. Duel column on the door SWITCH MAPS TO NABOO ONCE LAATS DEPART Pre-Event Start I would first ask if any admins wanna help out as event characters. if not i'll then ask the players if they want to. i'm only taking three. once the event characters have been chosen i will get one spy to change his name to Pirate SGT Koric and the other to change his name to Pirate PVT Markey. The last event character will change there name to Pirate Commander Jackle. once this is done i will find a appropirate model for all of them and then hand the spys a E-5 and the leader a E-5 and a mk9_knife.. they will then all be moved to a secure spot away from everything and be set up for a interogation . the CO will have his health set to 10,000 by simply doing !hp @ 10000. the two spys will be set to 1 hp and will be sitting in chair On ground briefing. Alright troops. our spys have told us to meet in the court yard so move out and find out what they know. Event. As the troops make there way to the court yard they will face no enemy's . Once in the court yard the spys will be no where to be seen. then i comms in "/advert *Comms* have you found the spys." Once they reply with no i will then spawn in a 5 pirate ships and then start to surround the troopers with pirates. I will then type "/advert *P-COMMS* What happened. WHERE ARE YOU?" i will get no response and while the the troops fight i will Type "/advert *Comms* spread out and find our spys. they may be compirised." while they are spread out i will have the Pirate CO type /avdert *RP* Puches Koric in the face *speech* what else do you know. Give me more info and you might live Koric will the tpe somthing along the lines of "/advert *Speech* Alright i'll tell you what i know. he will then proceed to tell the Pirate about the republic forces and there bases they will have some passive Interogation RP going back and forth with the CO puching the SGT and th private and them telling the CO all there info while this is happening will change my name to Bombandments and start shooting rockets down on the troops from the ships and continue to spawn more and more pirates. I will then PM either a S.I.S Trooper, a Stealth Ops Trooper or a ARC trooper to shoot the spys when they are rescued for the possibility of being compromised and possibly leaking info to the pirates. then in chat i will type /advert *P-Comms* [Redacted] i need you to [redact] [redacted] when [redacted] is [redacted]" After this The tropps will continue to face more priates as they get closer to the spys. once they reach the spys they will then have to face off against the Pirate CO. i will be spawning more pirates as this happens Once the troops have defeated the CO and his men and comms'd in they have the prisoners the person who i Pm'd will then kill the spys and leave. if the troops comms in that another trooper just popped the spys I will then change my name back to normal and type /advert *Comms* Return the the LZ, board the laats and RTB Scenario 1 a group of troops go off course and find the spys on accident. If this were to happen i would play it off and the spys would never give up the info. once they have saved the spys the pirate ships would still fly in and i will still spawn in pirates but this time the pirates will triple in number. the would then have to hold the building and keep droids from getting in as evac will take a while. i would force the pirates to push into the buidling and into the place where the prisoners are. I would try and get the pirates to hit and kill the spys as they are on one health. Scenario 2 The troops take to long to find the spy's and the pirate CO escapes with all the funeral. if this were the case the event will still carry out the same way but the CO would escape and the Spys will still die. After Mission Briefing. "Good Job Troops. even though our spys were compromised, lead us into a trap and were killed by one of our men we still managed to kill the pirate CO and stop the info getting to th C.I.S. and save naboo Now on to placments. 3rd place- a regiment 2nd place - to the reg that had the trooper who killed the pirate CO 1st place - to the reg that found and comms'd in that they found the spys Dissmised. I would then call who ever killed the spys to my officer and commend them for their work by typing /advert *Speech* good job troopers. we could not trust them after them getting compromised. i commend you for your work. now get out my sight and never speak of them again
