How will you becoming a moderator make an impact on the community?
I believe that me becoming a moderator will impact the community in a good way as I'll be able to help resolve problems and bad situations, I can teach anyone above the rank of SGT+ to use tools and it'll be a bigger platform for me to help players develop their skills in-game.

1. A user is RDMing and insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do?
I would no clip !noclip ^ to an isolated part of the map (Underground, on roof of Venator etc) and then I would teleport the player to my location !bring (playername) and I would then freeze the player to prevent them from shooting me, either with a tool gun or by !freeze @, I would then speak to the individual as to why he decided to RDM players and explain he was breaking server rules and ruining the game for others, I would first give the player a warning !warn (playername) (Reason), if the individual continues to RDM I will at first kick him from the server !kick (playername) (Reason), if he continues after that I would ban him for 24hrs !ban (playername) (time) (reason).
2. A user has contested a warn you have given him and proceeds to verbally abuse you, what do you do?
If a user had proceeded to verbally abuse me I would mute the individual !gag (playername) and I would the remind them that if they continue to verbally abuse me, no matter if it's with voice chat or over server chat then I would warn them and kick them. If the player decided to carry on with their behaviour I would warn !warn (playername) (Verbal Abuse) and kick them from the server !kick (playername) (Verbally Abusing Staff Member + Original Warn)
3. A user has threatened to DDos and take down the server. What do you do?
I would no clip above/below the map !noclip ^ and bring the user to me !bring (playername) and I would then calmly talk to them, discuss why they want to DDOS the server and see if we can find a peaceful solution that allows them to continue to play on the server and allow other players/staff to not be concerned by the threat of the server being DDOSed, however if the situation could not be calmly resolved I would then proceed to ban the individual for 24 hours !ban (playername) (time) (reason) and if that individual came back onto the server and made more threats, I would ultimately permaban them ulx ban (playername) (Time: 0)
4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do?
I would first remind them both of their position and where they are located, I would then tell them to stop and then to sort it out later when they are alone. If the two continued to argue in front of debrief I would no clip away !noclip ^ and then proceed to teleport both of them to me !bring (playername) x2 and remind them again that they are both Officer/Commander ranks and it's their responsibility to be more mature and more of a role model for the lower ranks and that arguing in front of an entire server is not the way to go about it. I would then ask them to explain why they were arguing and I would provide my input and help resolve the situation without any dramas.
5. A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He doesn't appear to have any intent to role play. What do you do?
I would approach the situation in an unbiased manner as the Cadet might have waited an extended amount of time and they may just be extremely bored, I would then ask them to return to the Cadet Room and I would call for a SGT+ to train the cadet (If I was SGT+ I would then train the cadet myself). If the Cadet disobeyed my request for them to return to the training room I would then noclip to the Cadet Training Room !noclip ^ and then I would teleport the player to me !bring (playername), I would then briefly explain that all users must obey staff and that Cadets must remain in the Cadet Training Room until they have been trained by a trooper with the rank of SGT or above, if I wasn't the rank of SGT+ I would then ask for a SGT+ to report to the training room to train the Cadet, if no one volunteered I would teleport a SGT to me !bring (playername).
