The way I see it is, have all EMs coordinate with the RHC commanders for the day right, discuss event schedules and the mission, so that way they all know what's going on but each regiment only knows what they're doing, aside the CO who will have an idea of what the other regiments will do. It just requires planning and then honestly you can play it out however.
  2. Alright I have an idea: - Each member of RHC, or in duos, will lead each group of regiments. So one duo of RHC will lead Support, another Spec Ops, another for Frontlines and so on. - Each RHC member can then communicate to each commander and brief them on upcoming missions and operations etc, this way RHC can't just be a flex/leave server rank (No offence, this is just from what I've seen) and that way it just makes it more immersive I guess. - An example would be an RHC commander assigns ARC/RC to insert via stealth into x location and take out some AA cannons right, and they'll have a certain amount of time to complete all objectives before the next event is scheduled. And then the next RHC for the next event who commands the Frontline regiment could have the 501st or 212th etc assault the beach head with air support and since the AA cannons are down, pilots won't have much opposition to deal with. Just an idea of mine and no disrespect to RHC, it's just from what I've seen it's more of a flex/go on LOA until you leave rank so this way it could give them something to do. Obviously this has to be discussed between the EMs and @s8n and whoever else is deciding all this but yeah, it would be awesome to see this become a thing in my opinion.
  3. Dude, honestly a big +1 from me. This sounds like a great idea not only to reduce the lag experience in events but it allows each Regiment to actively involve themselves more into RP when events could be mostly about their own objectives and it would be a great way for each regiment to build relations with one another.

I am more than able to deal with individuals and situations in a completely unbiased manner Do you use our Teamspeak server often? Just about everyday. Do you understand that as a member of the Staff Team, your position may be subject to change and / or termination should you not be performing to the degree stipulated? I completely understand that my position may be terminated should I fail to perform to the degree required. Situations: 1. A user is RDMing and insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do? I would get myself to an isolated location (for example, bottom of map if it was possible). I would then bring the user to me with !bring [playername] and jail the user with !jail @/playername to avoid being RDMed by the user and once the user is jailed I would then proceed to question them on why they were RDMing and breaking server rules as well as verbally abusing other players. Depending on how many times they RDMed and the degree of insults would be they key factors in how big or small their punishment may be, if they genuinely didn't know the rules and only commited RDMx1 and called other users 'idiot' or 'pathetic' then I would give a verbal warning, explaining the rules of the server to the user and then explaining not to do it again. Should the user decide to carry on with their current behaviour, I would give them an official warn with !warn [playername] [reason]. If the user decided to continue, I would then kick him for his actions !kick [playername] [reason] whilst also notifying other staff as they get on. 2. A user has contested a warn you have given him and proceeds to verbally abuse you, what do you do? I would wait for the user to finish speaking and then calmly explain the reason(s) behind the warn that I have given him, I would then sternly, but calmly ask the user to stop the verbal abuse and verbally warn him that it will result in another warn should he carry on. If the user has calmed down and understood the situation then I will let him carry on, however, if the user continues to verbally abuse me I would warn him with !warn [playername] [verbal abuse of staff]. 3. A user has threatened to DDos and take down the server. What do you do? I would notify s8n, Spirit, Coric or some other higher ranking staff about the situation on the server, I would then go to the bottom of the map and bring the player with !bring [playername] and try to talk to him to calm down the situation and try to figure out a more peaceful solution. If the user continues with his/her behaviour I would ban the user for 24 hours !ban (playername) (time) (reason), should the user continue their behaviour I would give them a permanent ban ulx ban (playername) (Time: 0) 4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do? I would remind them both where they are and their ranks and that they should be setting the standard for fellow troopers and those who look up to them. I would then ask them to stop arguing in front of debrief. If the argument continued to escalate I would take myself to another section of the map and bring both users with !bring [playername] and if it is really necessary, then for them to talk about it in a TeamSpeak channel whilst I supervise, I would then ask them to explain why they were arguing and I would provide my input and help resolve the situation without any dramas. 5. A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He doesn't appear to have any intent to role play. What do you do? I would make my way to the cadet room and bring the cadet to me with !bring [playername] and I would then ask him to wait in the cadet room, I'd follow up with that by either sending a message in the OOC chat or in the comms, asking for a SGT+ to make their way to the cadet room to train this cadet. If there were no volunteers I would either select one myself at random OR I would train the cadet myself if I was a SGT+

Thank you for your feedback, I will take it and learn from it, do you have anything in particular that I was doing wrong or did it just feel like I was being lazy, and when I say this I'm not arguing your point or saying I was perfect or anything like that, it's just I remember from my perspective as Admin, I tried my best to be active, I tried to do more in the server to help out (e.g Run events if no EMs were on, help the newer Mods and players in general and handle situations with more responsibility). I'm sorry it felt like my efforts in the end were that way, and if accepted I will change that. Thanks again

I would no clip !noclip ^ to an isolated part of the map (Underground, on roof of Venator etc) and then I would teleport the player to my location !bring (playername) and I would then freeze the player to prevent them from shooting me, either with a tool gun or by !freeze @, I would then speak to the individual as to why he decided to RDM players and explain he was breaking server rules and ruining the game for others, I would first give the player a warning !warn (playername) (Reason), if the individual continues to RDM I will at first kick him from the server !kick (playername) (Reason), if he continues after that I would ban him for 24hrs !ban (playername) (time) (reason). 2. A user has contested a warn you have given him and proceeds to verbally abuse you, what do you do? If a user had proceeded to verbally abuse me I would mute the individual !gag (playername) and I would the remind them that if they continue to verbally abuse me, no matter if it's with voice chat or over server chat then I would warn them and kick them. If the player decided to carry on with their behaviour I would warn !warn (playername) (Verbal Abuse) and kick them from the server !kick (playername) (Verbally Abusing Staff Member + Original Warn) 3. I would no clip above/below the map !noclip ^ and bring the user to me !bring (playername) and I would then calmly talk to them, discuss why they want to DDOS the server and see if we can find a peaceful solution that allows them to continue to play on the server and allow other players/staff to not be concerned by the threat of the server being DDOSed, however if the situation could not be calmly resolved I would then proceed to ban the individual for 24 hours !ban (playername) (time) (reason) and if that individual came back onto the server and made more threats, I would ultimately permaban them ulx ban (playername) (Time: 0) 4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do? I would first remind them both of their position and where they are located, I would then tell them to stop and then to sort it out later when they are alone. If the two continued to argue in front of debrief I would no clip away !noclip ^ and then proceed to teleport both of them to me !bring (playername) x2 and remind them again that they are both Officer/Commander ranks and it's their responsibility to be more mature and more of a role model for the lower ranks and that arguing in front of an entire server is not the way to go about it. I would then ask them to explain why they were arguing and I would provide my input and help resolve the situation without any dramas. 5. A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He doesn't appear to have any intent to role play. What do you do? I would approach the situation in an unbiased manner as the Cadet might have waited an extended amount of time and they may just be extremely bored, I would then ask them to return to the Cadet Room and I would call for a SGT+ to train the cadet (If I was SGT+ I would then train the cadet myself). If the Cadet disobeyed my request for them to return to the training room I would then noclip to the Cadet Training Room !noclip ^ and then I would teleport the player to me !bring (playername), I would then briefly explain that all users must obey staff and that Cadets must remain in the Cadet Training Room until they have been trained by a trooper with the rank of SGT or above, if I wasn't the rank of SGT+ I would then ask for a SGT+ to report to the training room to train the Cadet, if no one volunteered I would teleport a SGT to me !bring (playername).
