How will you becoming a moderator impact our community?
If I were to be accepted into the Staff Team, I could bring a person who is eager to help the community in whatever ways he can. I am able to perform said tasks given to me to the best of my abilities, I am a quick learner and I try to take whatever I have been told and implement that into my role as a Moderator.
If I were to make a mistake, I would try my best to correct it and make sure it would not happen again, I also believe that I am someone who is quite capable of becoming Moderator as I have past experience on a variety of servers when moderating.
Due to my past experience in moderating servers, I believe I can help out by dealing with any minges who plan to mess around on the ImperialRP server to the best of my ability, I'm also able to be on the server when no other staff members can be on as I tend to stay on quite late.
Do you understand that as a member of the Staff Team, your position may be subject to change and / or termination should you not be performing to the degree stipulated? Do you also understand that a staff role is one that comes with the expectation of committing time to helping the users of the server (Up to 20 hours a week)?
A user is RDMing and insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do?
I would begin by teleporting the user using [!bring USER] to my location and then questioning him, I would then proceed to check the logs for evidence of RDM, as for the insulting, I would bring in the users who were affected and check to see how they are.
Once I have gained enough information on the user, I would then [!warn USER for RDM and Player Disrespect].
A user has contested a warn you have given him and proceeds to verbally abuse you, what do you do?
If a user deems that their warning is not valid, I would kindly ask them to take it up with my higher-ups and then ask him to stop verbally abusing me however if he was to keep on verbally abusing me, I would then warn him for Staff Disrespect and return him to his location on the server.
A user has threatened to DDos and take down the server. What do you do?
As DDosing a server is very serious, I would capture evidence via photo/video whilst also informing current staff members on by using admin chat [@ USER is threatening to DDOS] and then I would hand it up to a higher-up as he has only threatened to do so, If necessary, I would warn and kick him from the server using [!warn USER for Threatening to DDOS and then using !kick USER] in case he acts on it.
A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do?
I would bring them both into a staff sit and then proceed to question them both, I would let them both talk it out to try and settle the argument, however, if it fails to cool down, I would proceed to tell them to quit and tell them that if they continue they will be kicked for causing issues within the server.
A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He doesn't appear to have any intent to role play. What do you do?
If a recruit joins the server and begins to complain and shows signs of minginess, I would spectate him by doing [!administrate ^] to watch over the training to ensure he doesn't cause any trouble.
If he continues to cause trouble, I would simply just kick and warn him by doing [!warn USER NITRP and then doing !kick USER] as he has no clear signs of staying around or actually contributing to RP.
