It will impact the community in a positive way as I have been staff before so I would know how to handle most situations that arise. I am also quite active so I would be another set of hand ready to help. Do you use our Teamspeak server often? Yes, I use the TS server whenever I am on the server. Situations: 1. A user is RDMing and Insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do? I would begin by bringing the player to a secluded part of whatever map we are on. I would talk to the player in question at first and see what lead to them RDMing/Insulting other players to find out if it was a reaction. If it was not a reaction I would start with a verbal warning, if it continues I would issue them a !warn and if they continue again they would get kicked/banned depending on the severity of the situation. 2. A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and Climb Swep abusing). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do? Firstly I would ask if any of them had hard evidence i.e Screenshots/videos. If they didn't have either I would tell them I can't act based on someone's word and will have to investigate further. I would then check the logs to see if it was RDM, if the logs were clear I would then !goto the user and see if they are currently in the act of breaking any rules if they were I would explain what is wrong and verbal warn them. If the logs showed the user was RDMing I would !warn them and possibly kick/ban depending how many times they did it. 3. A user has threatened to Ddos and take down the server. What do you do? If a user came on threatening to DDOS I would immediately issue the user a ban as DDOS is no joking matter. I would issue it the maximum time I am as a moderator and hand their steam ID to a higher ranking staff to permanently ban them. 4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing in front of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do? I would !bring both users to an area of the map and explain to them that what they were doing was wrong and that they are role models of the server. If they continued to argue I would !gag both users, I would say something along the lines of "What you both have done is unprofessional considering what rank you are, now I'm going !ungag one of you at a time and I will get both sides of the story." After learning both sides of the story I could then assess and fix the situation. When the situation was dealt with I would then give then both a verbal warning and tell them that if it happens again further punishment will be taken. 5. A Cadet has been complaining and wandering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He seems like a minge to you and you're not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do? I would !bring the cadet back to the training room and freeze them if they continue running off, once the cadet is settled I would explain to them that they will need to be trained to be able to experience the server properly. If I was the rank of SGT or above I would train the cadet myself to get a proper understanding of who they are and why they are on the server. If I was under the rank of SGT I would do "/comms We require a SGT in the cadet room" If no one comes I would then tp a random SGT and explain that there is a cadet that needs training and to keep an eye on them and if they have any issues just contact the staff team to come and deal with them.

  7. A big +1 from me. I always look forward to playing Gary's events and I see no reason as to why he shouldn't be promoted to SEM.

Alive) Familial Background: Kai was born in Betu on Rodia to a middle class family. His uncle Beler was a Jedi Knight (at the time of Kai's Infancy) Kai's parents were both members of a Cantina band that went around local Cantinas on Rodia. Character Background: All Kai can remember about his Parents were that they were members of a Cantina band. Firstly I would go to a secluded area on the map we are currently on, I would then !jailtp the user in question to my location and begin to have a chat with them. I would try to find out why they are RDMing/insulting other players. I would them proceed to give the player a verbal warning and send them on their way and keep a close eye on them. If the user continued what they were doing I would either !kick or !ban depending on the severity of the situation. 2. I would then !goto the user and see what they are currently doing, If they are doing something against the rules I will explain to them what they are doing is against the rules and give them a verbal warning. If a user threatened to DDOS the server I would immediately issue the user a ban, the ban would be the maximum a Moderator is allowed to do. I would gather evidence and send it to a higher up staff member and get them to change the ban to a perma ban. 4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing infront of debrief. I would !bring both users to an area of the ship where no one is (E.G The top of the ship) and explain to them that what they were doing was wrong. If they continued to argue I would !gag both users, I would say something along the lines of "What you both have done is unprofessional considering what rank you are, now I'm going !ungag one of you at a time and I will get both sides of the story." After learning both sides of the story I could then properly fix the situation. When the situation was dealt with I would then give then both a verbal warning and tell them that if it happens again further punishment will be taken. 5. I would go to the Cadet room and do !bring (cadet), once the cadet is there I would explain to him that a trainer will be with him shortly. I would proceed to /advert for a SGT+ to come to the cadet room if no one online is viable to train I would train them myself and explain to them what they did was against the rules. If we were currently off ship I would spawn the off ship training dupe and take them through that. If a SGT+ was online I would take them to the side before they trained the cadet and explain to them that this cadet may be a minge, and if they continue to minge contact either myself or another member or staff to deal with the situation.
