Do you use Teamspeak and are you willing to get on it more?
I don’t go on teamspeak very regularly but I do always hop on whenever I am needed. Would always hop on for meetings and whatever else I am needed for.
Do you enjoy helping other people?
I do enjoy helping people and I get a satisfied feeling when I am able to successfully help someone out with whatever they needed help with.
Are you willing to test your stress?
I test my stress out all the time with juggling my time between 2 regiments and being an officer of both. I also do a lot out of game for both regiments.
Do you have over 20 hours? If so, list your hours.
I have accumulated 623 hours on the server as of writing this.
Are you willing to learn new ways to approach situations?
I am always open to adapting or changing my strategies.I will admit that I can be quite stubborn during some situations but I am like that because I want people to show me how much they believe in their point compared to how much I believe in mine and see if they really believe in what they're saying. I have had my mind changed multiple times due to this mentality and I feel it’s beneficial for both parties to see each other’s point.
Do you have a problem with any of our current staff members?
None at all and if I did have a major problem, I'd resolve it by talking to them directly or if that wasn't possible, I'd talk to an even higher ranking staff member.

How known are you on a scale of 1-10 (10 being everyone knows you):
Maybe an 8. I feel like some of the old people remember me from when I was last on the server before I left and I have made an effort to get to know a lot of the newer people.
How will you becoming a moderator impact on the community?
Myself taking a Moderator position on the server again would be beneficial because I do have the past experience of being a moderator. I remember the commands, remember how to handle situations from a first hand experience. I would be extremely keen to work with the new staff team as it is very different to when I was last a part of it and I would like to see how much more I can learn this time around.
Do you use our Teamspeak server often?
Only when I am needed online or need to send people documents. Which is fairly constant.
1. A user is RDMing and Insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do?
I would !bring User to the top of the venator then !freeze User or !jail User, and get his point of view. After obtaining information from him, I would then !bring User/s that were RDM’d and/or Insulted to get their point of view. I would then make my verdict. If I felt as though it was a one time thing and won’t happen again, I’d !warn User Reason. If the Offender were to continue to insult others and if I felt like as soon as I let him go, he would RDM again, I’d !ban User Time Reason after I warned him with !warn User Reason.
2. A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and Climb Swep abusing). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do?
I would get the full story from all users. I would then talk to the user that was supposedly RDMing and Climbswep abusing. If the suspect were online, I would !bring User to the top of the venator and get their side of the story. If they did happen to RDM and Climbswep abuse I would !warn User Reason and explain to him that RDMing is not acceptable at all and neither is Climbswep abuse and that if I caught him again, I would !ban Name Time Reason. After that, I would contact the victims of the offender’s actions and apologise for the person's behaviour and that the situation has been resolved. I would then notify them that if they had any more issues, report it to me or another staff member.
3. A user has threatened to Ddos and take down the server. What do you do?
!ban User 0 Ddos threat appeal your ban at http://www.gatewaygaming.net.au/forum/index.php?threads/unban-template.3890/. If I were unable to ban them due to lack of perms(as t-mod), I would notify a higher ranking staff member as soon as I saw the threat made and notify them of the situation and that it needs to be resolved by a higher up as I don't have the power to resolve it myself. Even if I were able to ban the user that was making the Ddos threat by myself, I would still notify a higher ranking staff member to let them know what happened.
4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing infront of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do?
I would !bring User/s and explain to both of them that they are both leaders for their respective regiments and that it’s not acceptable at all to talk during debrief, let alone have an argument with a fellow regimental leader and cause a scene. I would then tell them to keep their argument out of the public eye next time as they’re making themselves look like bad role models for their regiments. I would then !bring User/s outside the debriefing room and make them walk as they may be able to demonstrate how they’re meant to act and go in without causing anymore troubles. There are many ways to handle this situation, but this is how I would personally go about it.
5. A Cadet has been complaining and wondering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He seems like a minge to you and you're not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do?
I would go to the cadet room and !bring User. I would then ask as to what the problem was. If they did seem really mingey and not willing to learn and play properly, I would !warn User Reason. If they continued to be a minge and had no intention to play properly, I would !kick User Reason and after all that, if they still had no intetion of playing properly I would !ban User Time Reason. However, if they did want to play somewhat properly, I would get someone to train them. If no SGT’s were available and I had enough time, I would train the cadet myself. If someone else were to train the Cadet, I would notify the person that the player seems a bit like a minge and was causing problems before and that if they had any problems they could notify me so I could control the situation. After they got trained, I would keep close tabs on the newly trained user and see if they behave better or not.
I would like to mention that there may be a lack of trust due to me leaving the staff team as I previously got burnt out. I understand the concerns, but I can’t assure you that it won’t happen again because I am only human and cannot predict the future. What I can assure you is that I’ll be more open about my health and if I felt that it was going sour, I’d be more open about it this time round so it could be resolved quicker. I have waited a long time to even think about being a moderator because I wanted to make sure that I am back to a) Healthy mental state and b) Was back on Gateway for good which I believe I have accomplished.
